Last updated: Jun 08, 2026
1. Who we are
HeadFlash (“the Service”) is operated by IT Busters Marcin Rybak, Chrobrego 12, 38-400 Krosno, Poland (NIP PL6842342603). Contact: [email protected].
2. What the Service is
HeadFlash is a free daily tech-news service delivered as a website, email newsletters and podcasts, split into topic niches (AI, Privacy, Security) and languages.
Automated, AI-assisted content. Content is curated and generated with the help of automated and AI systems. We aim for accuracy but the material is informational only, may contain errors or omissions, and is not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Always verify against the linked primary sources before acting.
3. Subscribing and unsubscribing
Subscribing is free and requires a valid email address and confirmation (double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email; we stop sending without undue delay.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service unlawfully, don’t attempt to disrupt or attack the infrastructure, and don’t scrape or resell the content at scale without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The HeadFlash name, design and original editorial compilation are ours or our licensors’. Third-party trademarks, quotes and source links belong to their owners. You may share links freely.
6. Third-party links and services
The Service links to third-party sources and uses third-party platforms (e.g. podcast directories, email/hosting providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
7. Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties, and may change or be interrupted at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the content or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory rights of consumers.
8. Complaints
Send complaints to [email protected]; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) and the relevant municipal/consumer ombudsman.
9. Personal data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. These Terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
